Everyone's voice is the most important: Putin appealed to the Russians

Vladimir Putin has addressed to Russians on the eve of the last day of voting on amendments to the Constitution. The President assured that the changes will take effect only with the approval of the people, and urged every citizen to Express their position. As at 30 June, the turnout was 45.7%.
