The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Taran called the preliminary cause of the crash of the An-26 aircraft near Chuguev. He stated this on September 26 during a conversation with journalists, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said. A preliminary analysis indicates that, most likely, the plane caught its wing on the ground, the Minister of Defense said. He also clarified that the flight recorder is on the plane, and conclusions can be drawn only after analyzing the information that is recorded on it.
