Head of Kazakhstan assessed readiness of regions to spread coronavirus
The readiness of the regions of Kazakhstan for the possible appearance of coronavirus carriers was discussed by the President of the Republic Kasim-Zhomart Tokayev and Prime Minister Askar Mamin, the press service of the Head of State reported on March 18. The Chairperson of the Government described the work of the Emergency Management Commission and the decisions taken to prevent coronavirus infection. Tokayev believes that special attention should be paid to the implementation of effective fiscal policy and coherence between the government and the National Bank.
